SAUGERTIES — A 35-year-old Saugerties man was arrested Tuesday following an investigation into property damage, according to police.
Michael A. Melber was charged with one felony count of criminal mischief in the third degree and one misdemeanor count of conspiracy in the fifth degree, the Saugerties Police Department said.
The arrest occurred around 10:50 a.m. on April 29 after police received a complaint about damaged property on Washington Avenue Extension.
Melber was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
