Broome County Sheriff’s Office reports 8 arrests in weekly update

BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly arrest report on May 13, detailing eight individuals charged with various offenses throughout the county.

Joshua M. Antalek, 36, of Endicott, was charged with third-degree bail jumping, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation in the Village of Endicott.

Jamal F. Green, 35, of Binghamton, faces charges of second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a Class A misdemeanor, after a warrant execution in Binghamton.

Joshua D. Green, 33, of Johnson City, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor, during the same Binghamton warrant execution.

Amy Jo Holden, 32, of the Town of Dickinson, was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into bail jumping in Endicott.

Nicholas P. Kalogris, 72, of Endicott, faces petit larceny charges, a Class A misdemeanor, after a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Brenda J. Pierson, 58, of Endicott, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a Class E felony, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.

Erika L. Spagnola, 42, of Vestal, faces multiple charges including third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a dispute and pursuit in the towns of Dickinson and Vestal.

Isabela V. Yarbrough, 27, of Chenango Forks, was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
