GREECE — Detectives from the Greece Police Department arrested a second suspect Wednesday in connection with a March burglary of an occupied residence on McGuire Road.
Angel Guzman-Soto, 21, of Rochester, was identified through surveillance footage and follow-up investigation, police said.
Guzman-Soto faces charges of burglary in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree.
He was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the county jail on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
The arrest follows the March 27 apprehension of Michael Pagan-Rios, 23, of Avon, who was charged in the same incident.
Detectives continue to investigate and are working to identify a third suspect involved.
