BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly arrest report on May 6, detailing seven individuals charged with various offenses across multiple municipalities.
Nicole L. Beebe, 42, of Greene, NY, faces charges of Criminal Possession in the 7th Degree and Resisting Arrest, both Class A Misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
Dilan G. Bernard, 33, was charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, and Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree, a Class E Felony, after a forgery investigation in Johnson City.
Jordan P. Charles, 33, of Deposit, NY, was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminal Trespass, a Violation, following a larceny investigation in Deposit.
Anthony M. Kammerer, 61, of Binghamton, NY, faces three counts of Petit Larceny, all Class A Misdemeanors, stemming from three separate larceny investigations in the Town of Union.
Olivia B. Kellogg, 35, of Binghamton, NY, was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, a Class D Felony, Assault in the 3rd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, all Class A Misdemeanors, following a property damage investigation in Chenango.
Melissa L. Phillips, 53, of Windsor, NY, faces charges of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, both Class A Misdemeanors, after a traffic stop in Kirkwood.
Nicholas N. Neer, 62, of Colesville, NY, was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in Chenango.
