7 arrested in Pepperell police operation on First Ave.

PEPPERELL — Seven individuals were arrested Wednesday, April 8, at approximately 7 p.m. during a coordinated police operation in the area of First Ave.

The arrests stemmed from two car stops and the execution of an arrest warrant at a residence, according to the Pepperell Police Department.

Joseph Hines, 41, was charged with receiving stolen property over $1,200.

Kati Kilroy, 42, faces three counts of possession of a Class E substance and two counts of possession of a Class B substance.

Ashley Wrightbatchelder, 34, was arrested for possession of a Class A substance.

Jose Lefebre, 51, was charged with possession of a Class B substance.

Robert Martin, 63, faces a charge of obstruction of justice through witness intimidation.

Morgan Kerr, 40, and Stephen Moyen, 58, were both arrested on outstanding warrants.

The Pepperell Police Department acknowledged assistance from the Townsend, Dunstable, and Littleton Police Departments in apprehending the individuals.

Multiple units within the Pepperell Police Department, including the Detective Bureau, Patrol Division, K-9 Unit, and Drone Unit, participated in the operation.
