Penn Yan man issued criminal summons for harassment

PENN YAN — A Penn Yan man was issued a criminal summons Monday night after allegedly harassing a Town of Jerusalem resident.

Kasey J. Wagner, 43, was charged with second-degree harassment, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies allege Wagner engaged in a course of conduct that alarmed or annoyed the resident without legitimate purpose.

The incident occurred on Lovejoy Road in Penn Yan at approximately 11:30 p.m. on March 17.

Wagner is scheduled to appear in Jerusalem Town Court at a later date.
