Enosburgh man crashes into home, faces DUI charge in Franklin

FRANKLIN — A 20-year-old Enosburgh man faces a DUI charge after crashing his vehicle into a parked car and a residence on Lake Road in Franklin early Tuesday morning.

Vermont State Police responded to the scene near the intersection of Lake Road and Middle Road at 5:43 a.m. after receiving a report of a motor vehicle crash.

Border Patrol initially located the vehicle after the collision occurred.

Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks identified the operator as Damien Fiske and observed numerous signs of impairment, according to police.

Fiske was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.

He was later released with a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on April 1 at 8:30 a.m. to face the DUI charge.
