BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly arrest report Monday, detailing 14 individuals charged with various offenses between March 4 and March 11.
Michael J. Botting, 60, of Binghamton, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated following a call for service in the Town of Chenango.
Cody A. Brenchley, 39, of Chenango Forks, faces a charge of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree after allegedly violating an order of protection in the Town of Windsor.
Alden D. Cole, 27, of Port Crane, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.
Chelsey M. Davis, 37, of Binghamton, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Chenango.
Michael J. Fairbairn, Jr., 29, of Binghamton, faces multiple charges including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration after a traffic stop in the Town of Union.
Roger T. Hall, 34, of Chenango Forks, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into an order of protection violation in Windsor.
Sean A. Hayes, 36, of Binghamton, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer after a traffic stop in Binghamton.
Justin M. Hoover, 36, of Port Crane, faces a Harassment charge following a dispute investigation in the Town of Fenton.
