Saugerties man arrested for criminal mischief, contempt

SAUGERTIES — A local man was arrested Thursday evening following a police investigation into a complaint.

Timothy James Happich, 34, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at 8:01 p.m. on March 6 by the Saugerties Police Department.

Happich faces charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief from a previous incident and second-degree criminal contempt.

Following his arrest, Happich was processed at the Saugerties Police Department headquarters.

He was later arraigned at Central Arraignment Part Court.
