SAUGERTIES — Police arrested a 66-year-old local man following an investigation into a disturbance at a residence on Post Street.
Mark John Nickolich of Saugerties was taken into custody March 6 at approximately 5:05 p.m. and charged with attempted assault in the third degree.
Officers responded to 76 Post Street after receiving reports of a disturbance at the location.
Following his arrest, Nickolich was processed at the Saugerties Police Department headquarters.
He was later arraigned at the Central Arraignment Part Court.
