PALATINE BRIDGE — State Police arrested David M. Ciocci, 89, of Palatine Bridge, for Menacing 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree following an incident on March 5.
At approximately 6:51 a.m., officers responded to a residence on Oswegatchie Road after receiving reports of a man with a gun.
Investigators determined that Ciocci had threatened another person with a firearm during an argument at the home.
Ciocci was arraigned in the Town of Palatine Court and is scheduled to reappear on March 11.
The investigation remains ongoing.
