ENOSBURG — A St. Albans man faces assault charges following a disturbance at an Enosburg residence Thursday night.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Main Street in Enosburg at approximately 11:36 p.m. on March 6.
Troopers arrived to find Jonathan Warner, 29, of Enosburg, who reported he had been assaulted at his residence.
Following an investigation, police determined that Austin Robtoy, 25, of St. Albans, had assaulted Warner and left the scene before troopers arrived.
Robtoy was later located and issued a citation for simple assault.
He is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on March 17 at 10 a.m.
