ST. JOHNSBURY — Officers from the St. Johnsbury Police Department arrested Rustin P. Masure, 34, in connection with a domestic assault incident early Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred around 6 a.m. on River Road.
Following an investigation, Masure was charged with first-degree aggravated domestic assault.
He was taken into custody without bail and is scheduled to appear in Caledonia Superior Court on March 5 at 1 p.m. to face the charge.
