NORTHFIELD — Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a reported citizen dispute on Dec. 31 at approximately 9:11 p.m. at 376 VT Route 12 N.
The incident involved Jason Daniels, 41, of Northfield, and an individual named Trytton Jarvis.
Investigations revealed that Daniels had allegedly pointed a firearm at Jarvis and made criminal threats.
Daniels was issued a citation for aggravated assault and criminal threatening.
Authorities continue to follow up on the incident as Daniels answers to the charges.
