ST. JOHNSBURY — St. Johnsbury police arrested a 58-year-old man on a warrant Saturday night after executing a search at a residence.
Officers, along with Vermont State Police, located Charles Richardson hiding inside the residence around 10:33 p.m.
Richardson was taken into custody and transported to Northeast Regional Correctional Complex.
He was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia County Court on Feb. 25.
