PENN YAN — Penn Yan Police arrested Cody S. Jackson, 28, of Penn Yan on a bench warrant for petit larceny.
The charges stem from an incident in which Jackson is accused of stealing a bottle of liquor from a local store.
Jackson was taken into custody and brought before a judge, who remanded him to jail on $2,500 bail.
