COLCHESTER — The Colchester Police Department responded to a report of a residential burglary at an address on Walden Road at approximately 11:02 a.m. Monday.

Officers determined that several firearms, ammunition, and other property had been stolen from the residence.

Authorities gathered information about a vehicle used in the crime and issued a “be on the lookout” alert to neighboring law enforcement agencies.

At about 2:01 p.m., the Burlington Police Department located the suspect vehicle at a housing complex on Hildred Drive in Burlington.

Further investigation led officers to identify two locations in Burlington—one on Hildred Drive and another on Hillside Terrace—connected to the burglary.

Police executed simultaneous search warrants at both addresses, recovering 11 firearms, ammunition, and other stolen property.

Three individuals were taken into custody and face charges of burglary, possession of stolen property, and conspiracy.

Police identified them as Korey Koch, 35, Eugene Streeter, 39, and Dustin Dexter, 34, all of Burlington.

The suspects were released on conditions of release and are scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

Colchester police were assisted on scene by the Burlington Police Department, Winooski Police Department, and University of Vermont Police Services.
