Halifax man arrested for DUI #3 following single-vehicle crash

HALIFAX — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash with injury on Collins Road at 7:11 p.m.

Upon arrival, troopers encountered the driver, Noah W.

Swanson, 37, of Halifax, at the scene of the accident.

An investigation led to Swanson’s arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).

He was taken to the Westminster Barracks for processing.

Swanson has been issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on May 7 at 8:30 a.m. to respond to the DUI charge.
