Multiple arrests and charges reported in Biddenford, southern Maine

BIDDEFORD — Local law enforcement agencies have reported a series of arrests and charges spanning from early February to mid-March.

On Feb. 10, a juvenile whose name has not been disclosed was charged around 8:50 a.m. with violating conditions of release.

The individual was given a summons and released, with an arraignment scheduled in Biddeford on April 17.

Andrew Strychalski, 32, of Berwick, faced charges for domestic violence criminal threatening and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Feb. 14, around 4:53 p.m. Strychalski was taken to York County Jail and is due for arraignment on April 11 in Biddeford.

Berwick resident Jason Dyer, 43, was charged with operating after suspension on Feb. 15 at about 8:22 a.m. Following a summons, Dyer was released with an arraignment date set for April 25.

Craig Langill, 45, of North Berwick, encountered legal trouble on the same day at approximately 12:45 p.m. for violating conditions of release and operating after suspension.

Langill received a summons and was released, with his arraignment slated for May 30.

Dennis Meeks, 45, of Lebanon, was charged for violating conditions of release in the early hours of Feb. 17, around 12:30 a.m., and is scheduled for arraignment on May 30 after being released with a summons.

Evan St. Yves, 23, of Rochester, faced charges for operating without a license on Feb. 20 at about 7:31 p.m. St. Yves was also summoned and released, with an arraignment date of May 30.

Scott Ford, 54, of Berwick, was charged with attaching false plates on Feb. 24 at approximately 9:10 p.m. After being summoned and released, Ford is due for arraignment on May 30.

On Feb. 27, Merritt Sutton, 50, also of Berwick, was arrested at around 12:13 p.m. on a warrant and additionally charged with operating after suspension.

Sutton was bailed and released, with an arraignment scheduled for May 30.

A juvenile was arrested on Feb. 29 at about 8:45 p.m. on a warrant and charged with various offenses including violating conditions of release and possession of marijuana.

The juvenile received a summons and was released, with an arraignment planned for May 22.

Jessica Nasuti, 43, of Rochester, was arrested on a warrant on March 1 at around 9:26 a.m., bailed, and released.

Nasuti’s arraignment is scheduled for June 18.

On March 4, Billy Brown, 37, of Barrington, New Hampshire, was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs around 5:21 p.m. Brown was summoned and released, with a May 30 arraignment date.

Patrick Merz, 37, of Berwick, faced charges on March 6 around 4:31 p.m. for operating without a license and with a suspended registration.

Merz was summoned and released, with his arraignment scheduled for May 30.

Another juvenile was charged on March 8 at about 5:10 p.m. with domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.

The juvenile was summoned and released, with an arraignment set for May 22.

Aiden Goodwin, 20, of Lebanon, was charged with criminal speed on March 10 at approximately 11:27 p.m. Following a summons, Goodwin was released and is due for arraignment on May 30.

Cody Hoggatt, 18, of Sweden, Maine, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle on March 14 around 10:34 p.m. Hoggatt was summoned and released, with an arraignment date of May 30.

Finally, Shane Dawson-Hope, 24, of Lisbon, was arrested on a warrant on March 18 at about 11:12 p.m., bailed and released.

Dawson-Hope is scheduled for arraignment in West Bath on June 4.

Local authorities continue to enforce traffic and criminal laws, with various individuals scheduled for arraignment in the coming months.
