LOWELL — Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating 23-year-old Kyre Ou, who was last seen on James Street March 6.
Ou, described as 5 feet 9 inches tall with an average build, black hair, and brown eyes, was wearing a green jacket paired with jeans at the time of his disappearance.
He is believed to be accompanied by his white dog, also missing.
The Newport Police Department has urged anyone with information to come forward and contact them at 978-937-3200.
The search efforts continue as the community hopes for Ou’s safe return.
