LOWELL — Lowell Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals captured in a photograph released by authorities.
The individuals were seen in a vehicle that is also pictured.
The LPD has not disclosed the reason the individuals are being sought or the context in which the photo was taken.
Members of the community with any information regarding the individuals are encouraged to contact the Lowell Police Department at 978-937-3200.
The LPD continues to seek leads and is asking for collaborative efforts to aid in their investigation.
