CAMBRIDGE — Police responded to a call at approximately 4:13 p.m. Thursday for a report of gunshots heard in the vicinity of Pine and Washington Streets.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with residents who reported hearing what sounded like gunshots.
Authorities cordoned off an area in the 100 block of Pine Street where they found evidence of two potential shots being fired.
The Cambridge Police Department is actively investigating to ascertain the exact number of shots fired and the number of firearms involved.
As of now, there have been no injuries reported in relation to the incident.
