LOWELL — The Lowell Police Department issued a missing person alert Sunday for Sandra Yearling, a 60-year-old white female last seen wearing a blue puffy jacket and gray sweatpants.
Yearling, described as having hazel eyes and brown hair, stands 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds.
Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating her.
