Concord police seek help identifying person linked to incendiary device

CONCORD — The Concord Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual connected to an investigation involving an incendiary device.

The device was discovered outside Teatotaller Café and Bakery at 2 Capital Plaza on March 25.

Authorities believe the person in question may have ties to a blue or dark blue Honda Pilot, model years 2012 to 2016.

The police have released images of the individual in hopes that someone will recognize them and come forward with information.

The Concord Police Department urges anyone with knowledge about the case to contact their Criminal Investigation Division at 603-225-8600.
