Waltham police seek public assistance in double homicide investigation

WALTHAM — Waltham Police Department, in collaboration with Massachusetts State Police, are urgently requesting the public’s assistance in the ongoing investigation into the deaths of Officer Paul Tracey and National Grid employee Roderick Jackson Jr.

The tragic incident occurred near 166 Totten Pond Road on Dec. 6 at approximately 4:15 p.m.

Authorities are appealing to anyone who was in the vicinity at the time of the incident to come forward with any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem.

Investigators believe that even the smallest detail could prove crucial in solving the case.

The police are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who were present just before the accident occurred or at the scene and have not yet been interviewed.

They are also seeking individuals who may have captured cell phone or home camera footage of any part of the incident.

Those with vehicles equipped with onboard or dash cameras, as well as cyclists with cameras, who were in the area before or after the accident, are urged to review their footage for potential evidence.
