Exeter man arrested on burglary charges

EXETER — Local authorities arrested a man on Wednesday in connection with two recent commercial burglaries in Exeter.

Everett Stickney, 44, was taken into custody at his home on a warrant by Exeter Police Department officers, with assistance from the New Hampshire Probation and Parole Office.

The arrest occurred on Nov. 9 at around 8 a.m.

Stickney faces two counts of burglary for incidents that took place on Oct. 30 and Nov. 4.

Following his arrest, he was held on preventative detention and transported to the Rockingham County Jail.

He is currently awaiting court proceedings and is scheduled for his first court appearance at the Rockingham Superior Court on Nov. 13.
