COLCHESTER –– A 30-year-old man was arrested late Saturday night in connection with a hit-and-run collision that left one person with minor injuries, according to the Colchester Police Department.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:20 p.m. at the intersection of Route 2 and the southbound off-ramp of I-89.
