Northfield man arrested on multiple charges

NORTHFIELD –– A 20-year-old man is facing multiple charges after an early morning incident on Union Brook, according to local police.

Timothey Reynolds, of Northfield, is accused of second-degree aggravated domestic assault and three counts of disorderly conduct, according to Northfield Police Department Officer Brian Gosselin.

Police were dispatched to the scene around 2:40 a.m. following a report of assault. Further investigation revealed Reynolds had allegedly caused bodily harm to a family member and engaged in fighting and tumultuous behavior with three other members of the household.

Reynolds has previous convictions for domestic assault within the last 10 years, Gosselin said.

He was taken into custody and processed at the Northfield Police Department. Reynolds was then lodged at NECC due to lack of bail, which was set at $500.

Reynolds is scheduled to appear in Washington Superior Court – Criminal Division on Aug. 27, 2023, although the court date and time are subject to change.
