FRANKLIN — A 26-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Franklin yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an active, physical family fight on Browns Corner Road.
Police allege that Skylar Roddy, of Franklin, assaulted another household member causing injury.
Roddy was also in violation of active conditions of release by being under the influence of alcohol.
He was taken into custody and transported to VSP St. Albans for processing and lodged at the Northwest State Correctional Facility.
