TROY — A 37-year-old woman was arrested for DUI in Troy yesterday.
Police say they observed a vehicle parked on the side of the road with defective equipment while patrolling along Loop Road near the intersection of Vermont Route 100 at around 10:15 p.m.
Police pulled over Nicole Richardson, of Troy, and made contact with her.
Police say that Richardson was impaired and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
She was taken into custody and transported to the Derby barracks for processing before being later released on a citation.
