Man arrested for excessive speed, negligent operation on I-91 in Westminster

WESTMINSTER –– A New Hampshire man was arrested on I-91 for negligent operation of a motor vehicle and excessive speed on Oct. 4, according to Sgt. Norton of the Windham County Sheriff’s Office.

Logan M. Miles, 26, of Keene, NH, was caught allegedly driving at a speed of 105 mph in a 65 mph zone in Westminster around 2:43 p.m.

After his arrest by the sheriff’s office, Miles was released on the scene with a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division, at an unspecified later date.

In addition to the citation, he was issued a traffic ticket for the civil speeding violation.

The charges against Miles include negligent operation of a motor vehicle and excessive speed.

Sgt. Norton, who is handling the case, urged drivers to obey traffic laws and regulations for their safety and the safety of others on the road.
