RICHFORD — A 19-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Richford.
Authorities say they were notified of a physical altercation at the Dollar General on Main Street at around 8:10 p.m. on October 3.
Upon arrival, police say they identified Ryan Sanborn, of Richford, as the primary aggressor in the altercation.
He was in violation of conditions of release which included a curfew, engaging in violent/tumultuous behavior, and being in possession of a knife.
Sanborn was taken into custody and transported to VSP St. Albans for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in court for the charges of violation of conditions of release, simple assault, and disorderly conduct.
