CONCORD –– The NH Department of Corrections is urgently seeking public assistance to locate and arrest parole fugitive Jean Lewis Beaulieu, who is wanted for parole violations tied to convictions for Theft by Unauthorized Taking.

The department issued a parole warrant for Beaulieu on April 13, after he absconded from supervision.

Beaulieu also has multiple warrants in NH and several bench warrants in Maine.

Beaulieu is known to have connections to the NH seacoast and Biddeford, ME areas, and has a history of traveling in work vans, box-style work trucks, or trucks.

His extensive criminal history includes driveway paving scams, thefts, and credit card fraud.

Authorities are asking anyone with information that may lead to Beaulieu’s location and arrest to come forward.

Members of the public are urged to contact the NH Department of Corrections at (603) 271-1804, their local police department, or call 911 with any pertinent information.

“Under no circumstances should individuals attempt to apprehend this person themselves,” the department warned.

Information can also be reported via the department’s social media platforms.

Case Probation Parole Officer Miller can be reached for further information at (603) 656-6683.
