MANCHESTER— Two local residents were arrested on charges of theft in connection with the July 20 heist of a boat and trailer, according to Manchester police.

The suspects, identified as 51-year-old Andrew Dufresne and 48-year-old Julie Tomchak, were captured on surveillance cameras at about 8 p.m. on Blaine St.

The man then entered the driver’s seat, while the woman helped him hitch a 2003 18-foot Mariah motorboat and trailer to the SUV before driving away.
