Four extricated in Orange, CT rollover crash on Route 34

ORANGE — A severe motor vehicle accident resulted in multiple injuries at the intersection of Route 34 and Racebrook Road in Orange.

Emergency services responded to the scene where a Nissan Rogue rear-ended a Mercedes waiting at a red light.

The collision, which occurred due to the Nissan driver suffering a medical emergency, resulted in both vehicles rolling over.

In total, four individuals were extricated from the Nissan, and three from the Mercedes.

American Medical Response (AMR) teams were on site to transport the injured parties to local hospitals.

The extent of their injuries was not immediately clear.
