CONCORD — Logan Clegg, 27, who was previously indicted and charged with second-degree murder and other offenses in connection with the deaths of Stephen and Djeswende Reid, faces an additional charge, according to Attorney General John M. Formella and Concord Police Chief Bradley Osgood.

On May 17, the Merrimack County Grand Jury indicted Clegg on one Class B Felony count of falsifying physical evidence. This charge is related to the Reid couple’s deaths on April 18, 2022.

The indictment alleges that on April 21, 2022, Clegg, believing that an official investigation was imminent, destroyed or removed information from his laptop computer with the intent to impair its verity or availability in the proceeding or investigation.

Clegg continues to be held without bail.

An arraignment on this indictment will be scheduled by the Merrimack Superior Court in due course.

The charges and allegations set forth in the indictments are merely accusations, and Clegg is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
