BRATTLEBORO — Police are investigating a robbery that took place in Brattleboro on Sunday.
Authorities say they were notified of the robbery at the Transportation Center at around 3:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, police spoke with the victim who told them that after she parked her car and got out, a man approached and threatened her with a large knife while demanding the keys to her car.
The victim was not physically injured, police say.
The suspect did succeed in taking her car.
The suspect is described as a white man, blond hair, yellow/orange tinted retro glasses, average height and build.
Police say the car is a silver 2012 Hyundai Elantra bearing VT registration HMF179.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call BPD.
