Suspicious device found at Capital Plaza in Concord

CONCORD — Authorities were alerted to a suspicious device at 2 Capital Plaza in Concord yesterday.

The Concord Police Department and the Concord Fire Department immediately responded to the scene.

Upon arrival, officers discovered an incendiary device in the area.

The NH State Police Explosives Unit later examined the device and determined it was a smoke-style device.

At this time, it is believed that no one was in danger.

The incident remains under investigation.
