Driver charged after clocked doing 115 mph on I-93 in Bow

BOW — A 20-year-old man was arrested for reckless driving following an incident in Bow on Saturday.

Police were conducting traffic enforcement on I-93 at around 5:10 p.m.

A dark-colored coupe was clocked traveling 115 mph north on I-93 and approaching at an extremely high rate of speed.

This is a posted 55 miles-per-hour zone.

The vehicle was observed make a lane change, from the center travel lane to the left travel lane, squeezing between two other vehicles.

The driver was identified as Ndayizeye Aime Clispe, of Bow.

Clispe was taken into custody without incident and charged with recklass driving.

He was transported to the Troop D barracks and processed.

He was bailed on his own personal recognizance and ordered back to the Concord District Court at 8:15 a.m. on March 31.
