NORTH STRATFORD — A 34-year-old woman from North Stratford will spend at least 8 years in prison for her role in a fentanyl distribution ring.

On January 28, 2021, Amber Flagg assisted Russell Adjutant in selling approximately 30 grams of fentanyl to a confidential informant in Colebrook, New Hampshire.

Following that sale, law enforcement officers followed Flagg and Adjutant to an apartment in Berlin.

Police say they were stopped in Stark, New Hampshire, at which point officials discovered that Flagg was carrying approximately 236 grams of fentanyl on her person.

Following their arrests, both confirmed that they had purchased the fentanyl from a supplier in Berlin, and that they had been involved in fentanyl sales for approximately five months.
