Traffic stop leads to arrest in Windsor

WINDSOR — A 32-year-old man from New Hampshire was arrested following an incident in Windsor last month.

Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle unable to maintain its lane on I-91 at around.

Police say the vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted.

The driver was identified as Jordan Owen, of Lyme, NH.

He was issued a traffic ticket and released on the scene.

At a later date, it was found that Owen had provided troopers with the name of a family member for fear he had an outstanding warrant.

On September 20, Owen was taken into custody by Springfield Police Department on an unrelated offense.

While in their custody, he was issued a citation to appear in court on November 22.
