Two-vehicle crash in Hartford

HARTFORD — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Hartford yesterday.

The crash took place in the area of the junction of Interstate 91 and Interstate 89 at around 1:10 p.m.

A tow truck had to be called to remove one of the vehicles due to damage sustained.

There were no reported injuries.

Police say Peter Guarino Jr., 35, of Wilder, told police that he did not see Mary Wing, 81, of Woodstock, who was stopped at the bottom of the ramp.

As a result, Guarino collided with Wing.
