MONTGOMERY — A 43-year-old man was cited for leaving the scene of an accident in Montgomery on Saturday.
Authorities were notified of the two-vehicle crash on Route 118 near the S. Brook Street at around 5:00 p.m.
According to the report, Justin Dennis, of Montgomery, left the scene following the collision.
Police say they later went to his home, where he admitted to being in an accident, and leaving the scene.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on January 3 to answer to the charge.
