Police: Highgate man facing charges after threatening neighbor

HIGHGATE — A 21-year-old man is facing charges following an incident that took place in Highgate on Tuesday. 

Authorities were notified of a disorderly man on Brosseau Road at around 7:00 p.m.

Police say Noah Bjornson, of Highgate, was standing in his driveway yelling and threatening his neighbor.  

Police located Bjornson inside his home when they arrived.  

Police say they spoke with Bjornson and found that he was intoxicated. 

At the time of this incident he was under conditions of release prohibiting him from consuming alcohol.  

Following an Investigation, it was also found that Bjornson had violated a stalking order. 

He was taken into custody and transported to a detox facility, and issued a citation to appear in court to answer to the charges of violation of conditions of release and violation of a stalking order.
