Police looking for driver who fled after hitting cyclist in Proctor

PROCTOR — Police are looking for the driver who hit a 72-year-old cyclist and then fled the scene in Proctor today.

Authorities were notified of a crash involving a vehicle and a bicyclist near West Street at around 9:35 a.m.

The vehicle involved is listed as a dark red Honda that is missing its right-side mirror. 

Police say the vehicle continued north on West Proctor Road after striking Richard Terrien. 

Terrien was evaluated by Regional Ambulance Service for injuries.
