JAMESTOWN, NY — Officers responded to a south side address for a reported domestic dispute at 10:45 p.m. March 12, 2026.
Officers arrived on scene and spoke with both parties involved.
Upon further investigation, it was found that Ashley Nazario Santiago, 20, of Jamestown, and Joseph Hernandez Soto, 20, of Jamestown, both damaged property belonging to one another during the course of a domestic dispute.
Both Santiago and Soto were taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail, where they were both charged with one count of criminal mischief in the third degree.
Both subjects were held pending arraignment for Jamestown City Court.
