HORSEHEADS, NY — Firefighters extinguished a commercial truck fire at a business on Old Ithaca Road on March 14.
Horseheads Fire Department units arrived to find significant fire involvement in a commercial tractor and box truck.
Crews deployed multiple hand lines to bring the fire under control and prevent it from spreading to nearby vehicles.
The Town and Country Fire Department provided tanker support due to limited water supply in the area.
The incident remains under investigation by the Horseheads Fire Department and Horseheads Police Department.
