BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has announced 22 arrests on various charges ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.
Anthony S. Brady, 55, of Binghamton, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree following a traffic stop in the city of Binghamton.
Deidre A. Brady, 42, of Binghamton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the town of Dickinson.
Laura M. Connelly, 41, of Endicott, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Union.
Richard L. Degroat Jr., 42, of Windsor, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree following a narcotics investigation in the town of Windsor.
Richard B. Diffendorf Sr., 50, of Kirkwood, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree following a traffic stop in the town of Kirkwood.
Jeremy J. Drake, 43, of Binghamton, was charged with two counts of petit larceny following multiple larceny investigations in the town of Chenango and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree following a narcotics investigation in the city of Binghamton.
Devon S. Garry, 39, of Johnstown, was charged with promoting prison contraband in the 2nd degree following an investigation into contraband at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Jonathon W. Komar, 24, of Endicott, was charged with criminal mischief in the 4th degree and criminal contempt in the 2nd degree following a criminal mischief investigation in the town of Union.
Mikaella J. Markoff, 26, of Windsor, was charged with criminal contempt in the 1st degree following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the village of Windsor.
Shelby J. Medovich, 28, of Harpursville, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the 3rd degree, criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree, three counts of illegal possession of vehicle identification number, obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree and conspiracy in the 5th degree following a stolen vehicle pursuit that ended in the village of Johnson City.
Kyron T. Milner, 35, was charged with assault in the 2nd degree following an investigation into a physical altercation at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Lynsey B. Moody, 36, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree following a warrant execution in the city of Binghamton and petit larceny following a larceny investigation in the town of Chenango.
Damian F. Ortiz, 24, of Endicott, was charged with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree following a harassment investigation in the town of Vestal.
Kris R. Parker, 32, of Endicott, was charged with promoting prison contraband in the 1st degree following an investigation into contraband at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Gerald J. Reppard Jr., 29, of Port Crane, was charged with child endangerment following an investigation into a child offense in the town of Chenango.
Romario M. Robinson, 28, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the 3rd degree, criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree, three counts of illegal possession of vehicle identification number, conspiracy in the 5th degree, reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, unlawfully fleeing a police officer in the 3rd degree, obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree and multiple other traffic violations following a stolen vehicle pursuit that ended in the village of
