JAMESTOWN, NY — Officers responded to a domestic dispute on Camp Street at approximately 9:38 a.m. Feb. 17, 2026.
During the investigation, police discovered Benjamin F. Nelson, 42, of Jamestown, had an active bench warrant out of Warren County, Pennsylvania, for retail theft.
Nelson was taken into custody without incident.
He was arraigned in Jamestown City Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
