JAMESTOWN, NY — A 27-year-old man was arrested after allegedly preventing a woman from leaving a residence on the city’s east side.
Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s First Platoon responded to a domestic incident at approximately 11:04 a.m. Feb. 17, 2026.
Upon arrival, officers determined that Tyler P. Devlieger had prevented a female victim from leaving the residence when she attempted to do so multiple times.
Devlieger was arrested and charged with unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.
He was transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
